Our Story

It all started here...

     Hi there! Many people have stopped to ask us if we have seen the movie Chef, and the answer is yes! As it turns out our stories have a great deal of similarities....
     I am a well trained chef with over 25 years of experience and the last 10 of those years I worked corporately designing recipes, amongst other things, for others to succeed and grow. And then one day, something bad happened to me as it did to the character in the movie, and I was off seeking the next chapter of my career, of my life. I was committed, as I am today, to do what I love to do, where I love to be- my home. At the time my sister suggested I open a food truck. I told her she was completely out of her mind! Around a month later, I saw this movie by chance. Nearly 1 year later, after my world seemed turned upside down, I opened Shore Good Eats on January 29, 2019.
 

   We are a true lemons turned into lemonade story and we're still writing it today. All of our food is made from scratch with passion to create as many smiles as possible through the foods we serve-that is our mission. As a reminder, and tribute to this film that helped inspire me on my new path, I placed a cubano on the permanent menu and it is a best seller. It takes true passion, experience, and commitment to start a business, but it takes the support of the community to build it.
